The staff are wonderful, the location is perfect and only a stone's throw from the beach and it is superb value for money. As someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels in this area, I recommend it highly!

Close to everything, yet far enough to not hear the noise. Just a short walk to the beach - tip - go to the beach early and spend the 100B on a chair right in front of the ocean. You can leave your towel there and go for lunch if you like, or order something right there. Nadine and Andy were wonderful and always made sure we were happy and everything was good. I would give the property 10/10if we didn’t have to go up and down so many stairs all the time, but makes for stronger legs!

The stay was comfortable. I spent a whole week. I wanted to extend, but there was no availability. The location is phenomenal, just a few meters from the beach. It's a clean and quiet place.

Management by owner which I like they treat guests as a family they care anything you ask help is right there rent bike car no problem you don’t need to hustle thank you so much hannah and Adam I will certainly see you at my next trip

The location is perfect, within 1 minute walk of the beach, 5 min walk to bangla, surrounded by numerous restaurants with amazing food

All perfect,room clean ,staff so gentle and kindly , reception 7/24 , location very nearby tò the beach ( 50 meters) and walk 5 minutes tò arrive tò the center ,( bangla Road) ,thanks very much for everythinghs
